Kler is committed to protecting its users' privacy. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data collected

Kler is designed with your privacy in mind. All your data (health profiles, scan history) is stored locally on your iPhone and never sent to our servers. No user account is required. No personally identifiable information is collected.

2. Diagnostic data (optional)

If you've enabled sharing diagnostics in iOS settings, Apple may send us anonymized crash reports. This data contains no personal information and is used only to improve app stability.

3. Third-party services

Kler uses Open Food Facts (open-source food database, no personal data transmitted) and RappelConso (data.gouv.fr, for product recall alerts, read-only).

4. No ads

Kler contains no ads and uses no third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDK.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Since all data is stored locally, you can delete it anytime from iOS settings (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Kler → Delete App).
