Make sure the camera is well positioned facing the barcode and there's enough light. Also check you've granted camera access in Settings → Kler → Camera.
Kler uses the Open Food Facts database (900,000+ products). If a product can't be found, you can report or add it directly on openfoodfacts.org.
Go to the "Profile" tab in the app, then tap "Edit profile" to update your allergies, intolerances and diets.
All your data is stored locally on your iPhone. To delete it, simply uninstall the app via Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Kler → Delete App.
Send us an email describing the issue, your iOS version and iPhone model. We reply within 48h.
Scanning and health-profile analysis work offline once a product is cached. Looking up a new product requires a connection to query Open Food Facts.
Yes, Kler is free to download on the App Store.
